1. Feasibility Studies-for Pharma & Bio applications where the customer needs an effective analyzer.
IBS can work with you to identify the analyzer that best suits your application.  From a Quality by Design starting point or when analyzers have been selected, we whelp you along the way to:

• Lab feasibility- bring your samples and we coordinate the analysis free of charge. Usually, a good response can tell you what analyzer system will work for your application.
• Plant Feasibility- We take the required instruments(NIR, Raman, MS) to your plant and make additional testing to identify in-line/on-line applications, sampling, acquisition times or sensitivity and other model development requirements.

2. Fiber Optics, Probes , Flow cells, Software and Analyzers installation and qualification. IBS has engineers that are certified in different analyzers and their peripherals. We troubleshoot and repair fiber optics, also. We perform IQ/OQ/PQ using the most up-to-date standards from NIST, USP and ASTM.

3. Lifecycle Analyzer Support and Maintenance. Raman, NIR, MassSpec, etc.
